I know somewhere out there is a thread with pictures of the drain points behind the seat belt anchors but I can't find it. Any ideas?

With the roof up, have a feel behind the seatbelt towers, you'll find it when your finger goes in! I had quite a bit of water in there last week and was worried I'd not find it/it would be under some cover or other but got it quite easy. Fed a straightened wire coathanger down there and hey presto! Water drained smile

Just did this last weekend too actually on my wife's car.

I found the easiest way to get to them is to keep the roof up, put the seat all the way forward and tilt it forward and try and get in behind it (not going to be easy if you're tall/big I imagine).

I also undid the first 2 or 3 clips that hold the carpet in and took out the big screw/ plasic surround. Just makes getting at it that little bit easier and only takes a minute or so.

I also used some 2 core electrical cable, pushes the dirt out easily enough and less chance of it pushing the drain tube out. A bit easier to manipulate too.

I also dropped about 40ml of a strong concentrated degreaser (Meguairs Super Degreaser neat) and flushed it through with some warm water afterwards to try and extend the amount of time it stays clean for.

One point worth noting though is that the tube that exits out of the bottom of the car isn't that securely fastened. Be careful when prodding something down from the top as this can dislodge the tube at the bottom.
