crankshaft damages question.

my car is 92/93 mx5, with long nose crankshaft, but it has been wobbling scine I purchased the car.
decided to look at it, the crankshaft is damaged, the keyway slot is enlarged by 1.5mm, the woodruff key is installed wrong way around, tapred end pointing to radatior!, and pulley boss (the one with 4 bolts on it) is damaged, on the edge, it has been grinding against the block, and the hole on it is worn away. sign of bent shaft? or mis aligned pully boss? the big nut is good condition.
Can i use Quicksteel expoy on the crankshaft slot, or it has be that loctite 660?
and what torque setting i need, i read its 87lbft or 122lbft. which one?
