Pretty much as it says in the title. Planet MX5 are having a tech day hosted by MX5 Parts.

In addition we get the following:

- three staff in the warehouse
- tea and coffee served

- special offers on style bars and exhausts, etc.
- quote SILVIE BEE for any orders connected with this event to get special treatment Very Happy Apparently no need to pre order though.

That's my only "free" weekend day from now until the end of November... I may well charge down there... it's not far from Essex wink

That's the spirit!

I don't know how many people will be there or how much space we will have (MX5Parts don't seem to think it'll be a problem) but there should be plenty of interesting cars & people. Some of the jobs done at our previous tech days have been interesting too - cam belt changes, roll bar fitting, front bumper replacement (couple of Mk1s and my mk2.5), M45 SC fitting, AC removal etc. No idea if anything that involved is happening this time but there is usually something interesting going on.

I need a new numberplate plinth at least. Some daft eejit* misjudged the length of the nose while parking up and drove into a wall...

*Me. In my defence, it was 4am and I was just getting home.

I like the offset ones actually. The ideal would be a small one on the lower lip, but I suspect that's illegal.
