But it might well be a good one. If it is spotless i.e. no signs of rust anywhere, the interior & paintwork is clean and tidy, the engine & transmission is all good & quiet then I see no reason why it wouldn't be a fine purchase. I'd probably want to offer a bit less due to being written off in the past but if that was 13 years ago and the paint & bodywork are still intact then it's probably more solid than most
