Quick cambelt question!!

I am in process removing stuff for cambelt.. and i noticed 2 tippex mark on belt

this car is 80k mileage import (111443km), no history.

Do you think it has been done in past?




Belt look in good nick, it has done few miles by then, its very dusty.

what you think?

Mine is also about the same age, and also no record of the belt being done prior to when i did it - mine had the exact same marks.

after I looked at my papers. there is cambelt done in 2003 at 83092 km.

judging by the rusty brown colour on front of engine looks like its had water pump/hose leak at some point .always worth doing belt anyway for your own piece of mind.

Nah the old radatior cracked, and it leaked. replaced new rad.
