For some reason mine seem to need adjusting all the time, they work fine after adjustment for a few weeks then are crap again, any ideas why?

are you talking handbrake or footbrakes at the rear?

In either case, it would be a good idea to clean everything up, the handbrake mechanism, slider pins, pistons if necessary, and adjust the whole lot (starting at the hand lever end of the handbrake, back this off, then use the allen key adjusters on the back of the calipers - lock the discs and then back off until they just spin freely, then adjust up the handbrake).

everything is clean, the adjusters do seem to move very freely, maybe a little too freely compared to others I've worked on, maybe its possible they are unwinding.
