Any special tools required and how do I do it please?

As yours is a 1990 model then you probably have the early design crank with the 4-slot pulley, and there is a potential problem with the bolt becoming loose and damaging the crankshaft keyway. Check this page for more info on how to proceed with this design of crank:

That first page makes it sound very tricky, but in reality it's pretty straight forward so long as you take your time and count the cambelt teeth spacing before you take the old belt off.

Buy/Borrow Rods manual.

Its very easy to follow.

You should change all at the same time -

Belt
Tensioner/idlers
tension spring
Crank main seal
Camshaft end seals
Waterpump
Alternator belt

Theres a relatively in depth thread on here about my experiences a month or so back.
