Despite my car needing a damn good tune up (J&S pulling too much timing) I managed a 14.0410 which I'm very happy with
Terminal speed was only 94mph which is down from last time where I hit 101mph on a 14.3 run so I think my time was improved this time mostly due to using Hankook RS2 tyres which helped a lot with traction - I got a little wheelspin but otherwise the launch was very good.
Overall the weekend was superb. We got to see a lot of very nice machinery down the strip including the jet car (6.0 seconds and 265mph!), Terry Grants stunt driving and some impressive drifting. There was also a bit of sponsored tottie which is always nice to see

All day on Sunday my car was parked right at the back of the camping field next to my tent. I was only running on Saturday when runs were unlimited rather than Sunday when you only got 4 runs for your money (though I only did 4 runs anyway).
Oh I see, didn't venture over to the camping bit, but that explains why I didn't see you on the strip Sunday! Shame, would have liked to have seen your run. There were some VERY quick cars there!!We now have some pictures on the PlanetMX5 forum.
I have video too but it needs a bit of editing so it might be a while...
