Agreed, I like the red rims. There is a black mk1 locally with exactly the same wheels I think it looks fab!

I agree - it looks better with the red rims & I'd go one step further with a red logo on the centre cap.

Definitely with. I'm not a fan of the pure-black rims, they tend to look like the wheel's missing, especially in the dark.

With a bright rim - either polished or colour - they look great.

I will go with the red stripe but the car is in need of lowering, this will have to wait until I have MOTed, Insured my other car as this takes priority, then I will have to find the time and money, will do it myself as it looks easy enough.
