I'm organising a trip to Snowdonia in early July for my local clubs and due to a cancellation I have a place left (this can be a single or a couple). We will be travelling up from West London/Surrey/Berkshire on the Friday but we can always meet you there or pick you up on the way, if convenient.

We are staying just south of Bala and will be spending Saturday and Sunday driving around some of the finest roads that north Wales has to offer, including the Evo Triangle, and we may even do a bit of (gentle) walking.

A lovely cottage has been booked and will cost £83 (single) or £73 (couple) each for the three nights accommodation - much cheaper than B&B prices. I will be providing breakfast goodies but you can make it yourself! For evening meals we will eat at the local pub and/or have a BBQ.

If anyone is interested in joining the seven of us (we're all members of PH/Nutz/OC/PlanetMX5), please PM me.

Thanks
Helen

Sounds great Helen but I cannot do frown

Love the triangle but do watch yourself on those blind crests etc and I'm sure you know North Wales Constabulary are well aware of the location!

wink

Have a great time!

I live in N.Wales and would gladly meet up (c/w mrs) for a drive and/or walk - I know a fantastic spot for a walk that should suit you down to the ground.

So what's the plan for the weekend? - did Helen decide on a walk?......not heard anything & was wondering if I should make other plans.

Sorry, just been so busy that I just got the driving routes planned and printed in time for our weekend.

Our drives are going to be fairly flexible in so much as we'll set off when we're ready and may stop off along the route if it tkes our fancy. There seems to be a suitable walk from our cottage so we'll probably do that once we've finished the drive. You are more than welcome to join us tomorrow, or Sunday (or both). Probably doing the Llanberis tomorrow and then the Evo on Sunday.

I'll email you my mobile so you can give us a ring in the morning (not too early) to get details of our route - we could either pick you up along the way or you could come to the cottage, depends on where you live.
