Can I check my coil pack out?
Discussion
Just pull each plug one at a time, put the lead back on it then lay it back on the cam cover. Start the engine and watch to see if there is a spark. If a single plug isn't sparking then it's likely to be a problem with the plug or the leads. If it's not sparking on 2 (1&4 or 2&3) then it's likely to be the coil pack.
Don't touch the plugs or leads while the engine is running though - 18,000 volts can cause a bit of a jolt!!!

Hi, done that and all appears fine. The misfire is worst when the car has thoroughly warmed up, and i would describe it as an intermittent total misfire, causing the car to jerk rather than just lose power. I'll try the exercise again tomorrow if i can after a drive.Don't touch the plugs or leads while the engine is running though - 18,000 volts can cause a bit of a jolt!!!
