Sporty exhaust note for 2003 Mk 2.5

Does it make a more sporty, deeper sound than the stock exhaust or is it more tinny ? Is it OK for longer journeys, not too noisy inside the car ?

I've got one and can definately recommend it for the price.

Sounds best once the engine is up to temperature I find, which takes about 2 minutes in an MX5. Under 5k rpm it's a deeper more sporty note which isn't intruding, above 5k rpm it turns into a more raspy exhaust note.
