Always worth doing, especially to a car of that age if it hasn't been done in a few years. I don't use the standard manufacturer specs (with their huge tolerances) though, iirc mine is set to:

caster: Max available, 4.5deg or more.
front camber: -1.0deg
front toe-in: 0 to 1/16 in
rear camber: -1.5deg
rear toe-in: 0 to 1/16 in

I based that on a fair bit of interweb research into others setups and it seems a good all-round road setup.

well worth doing. mine is set up a little more agressivley iirc in terms of camber. personally i like as much castor as you can get weights up the steering nicely.
