What leads......
Discussion
In a follow up to this thread http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/gassing/topic.asp?h=0...
Turns out that the cluth is fine, (oops) and the misfire was being caused by a deteriation of two parts on the coil pack (?) and leads that are on the way out - plugs are in good condition though.
So what leads shoud i buy - i think there was a thread in here about them not long ago but the search appears to be buggered. (Two bit on the coil pack have been exchanged)
Looking at this selection from MX5parts...

Any experience?
Oh and does anyone think I should change the plugs at the same time or is this completly not neccesary?

I doubt if you will notice any performance differance between the standard amd high performance leads apart from the colour so I'd go for standard, There has been some conjecture that standard leads start to break down after 20k miles, I've averaged 20k mls per year for 4years by MX5 and only changed one set on my current one at 170K Kms and I think they were origonal as they were numbered at the coil pack. I would change the plugs at the same time.
I went for the Magnecors. Worth changing your plugs as well whilst you are at it.
