Water trapped in passenger sill

I realise this is a fairly common problem with 5s, but I've always just poked my finger or a screwdriver up the rear drain hole to release it before... This time it's still not draining! grrr!!! I can hear it all sloshing about in there and I don't want it to rust its way through...

Any ideas?
