Replacement Glass Rear Screen..

I'm looking at replacing the old plastic rear window with a glass screen..

Anyone know of a good place to buy one of these, and also where to get it fitted.?

I'm in Harlow, but also spend quite a lot of time in Ware.

It's an almost new hood, so I don't really want to be paying out for a new one unless necessary.
The screen has a small burn mark, but as far as I can tell it isn't causing any dampness inside, it's more the aesthetic issue.
