First time back in the MX5 for 6 months...

My MX5 had been garaged during the winter months, whilst I pootled around in my daily drive - a Volvo S70 T5.

First drive was in the pouring rain to the MOT station in a not so nice part of town. It was cold, the MX5 steamed up, it was tinny, noisy, cramped. It creaked a bit, the brakes were shocking and it failed its MOT... but...

I love it!

It is a strange feeling going from a new, relatively tame car into the mx5! My daily drive is a Seat Leon tdi 130 = Comfy, refined, solid feeling and good brakes. Getting into the mx5 = a bit less comfy, a lot less refined, feels like it is about to fall apart and god awful brakes....

But I agree, absolutely love every minute of it! Awesome cars!
