MK1 1.6 Engine Codes

I have acquired a replacement 1.6 engine for my MK1 MX5 and am trying to find out if it is the 115bhp version. Does anyone know the engine code of the 115bhp?

I have been told it is the B6, but some people seem to be calling the later 90bhp the B6 as well.

The B6 is that 1.6L block in all forms - ie the 323 turbo had the B6T version.

From memory my '89 Mk1 MX5 is B6-ZE(RS), I'm not sure what the later detuned version was - going by common Mazda naming conventions B6-DE is possible, though it may have also been a ZE.
