Siezed my calliper?

I went for a bit of a run around the mountains of South Wales this weekend. I didn't think I was that hard on the brakes and when I stoped for a burger I had been behind slow moving traffic for 10 mins. Anyway, when I went to move off I heard a metal on metal sound. Only when I moved forwards though, not in reverse. I moved it 5 yards and stood on the brakes and the metal on metal sound stopped. Sticky caliper from the handbake?

Maybe just a stone caught in the calliper or dust shield.
