You can get just the rear part of the window from mx5 parts.
I did the job mysaelf just a couple of weeks back. I also had a cracked rear window, plus it was all opaque and scratched so I ordered just the bit you zip out from mx5 parts for about 160 quid. It's a pretty easy job and doesn't take long. You don't need any special tools or know how. It is a bit fiddly getting the zip lined up right though. Plus I managed to put it in inside out the first time but that's 'cos I'm special.
But if you do order it from the website order the mx5-Miata enthusiasts workshop manual (the blue one) as well, if you haven't got it already. The instructions on there are very easy to follow.
