Just done an hours motorway trip, noticed I've got a red hot sticking front brake when I parked up. It happened before, I presumed it was the slider pins so I've already had it all out and greased up - worked temporarily till today. So, I guess its not them. Do the seals go in these? I know the rears are know for trouble but mine have been rebuilt.

Whats the best plan of action? Pop caliper off, pop piston out, new o-rings, clean up and re-fit?

Usually a rusty piston.
