They are cheap steel wheels that look like cheap steel wheels.
They are heavy.

PROS:
They are cheap? (Not cheap enough - free would be too expensive).

I guess they would never get stolen. Not sure if that's a con or a pro though

I once had a set of original steel wheels which I got free with my second MX-5. My plan was to fit winter tyres to them. However, three years later (long after the car was sold), they still hadn't been fitted and my wife decided to use them as planters in the garden - but they were even too ugly for that.
