no reason for posting other than theres a lot of people talking about updating their shocks.

I know nothing about them, no relation etc etc, just a heads up, cos they look like they might go cheeep like a budgie.

Standard Mk2 billies aren't really an upgrade though. I got rid of mine because they were too soft and had way too much roll. They are only really any good if you just want to replace some worn-out shocks and aren't worried about upgrading.

Agree.. those might be Bilsteins but they look like they've done a few miles!

Mk1 billies are different - they are very stiff, too stiff I'd say but Mk2 billies are only a very small step up from stock and at pretty much the same ride-height.
