2004 RX8 with a buzzing noise through the speakers on the nearside changes with engine revs and electrical load ie HRW on or lights. It is still there when the radio is switched off so must be something to do with the amp but where is it? Would like to try disconecting it. Anyone else had a problem like this?
Any help please

I've heard something similar on some cars when listening to MW radio. Something to do with a component in the ignition system being "leaky" in a RF way.

Doesn't help much I know. But I just think theres a chance it might not be a problem wih the radio, but something else.

IIRC, the amp is under the "parcel shelf" in the boot.

If it alters with electrical load, I'd say alternator.
