I am new to the world of Mazda's and am looking towards a Mk 1 Eunos.

I have attached the link to the ad below and wanted to gauge some of your expert opinion.

What do you think to the car? Is it worth it? Would you buy it? Anything to look out for on this and any other model like it?

Many thanks in advance for your replies.

I have one, and that looks like a lovely example. The right work seems to have been done, if sills are good as he says then its good news all round.

I think the R-Ltd are nice, but for my money I'd hold out for an RS-Ltd. For that sort of money you can get an RS Ltd with 15" BBS, Carbon/Kevlar seats and the Momo torino.

Just my view

I have an R-Ltd & love it. This one sounds fantastic and a good price (I wish it had been available when I was looking)

Cheers

You know the R-Ltd has 15" BBS, right?

They are exactly the same car bar the interior, and colour, obviously. It's each to their own but for me the huge kevlar seats look out of place in the dinky Roadster. Nowt like a pimpin' interior! cool

...and I prefer the Momo Race wink

Nearly every MX5 is a special or limited edition so don't be taken in too much by that! I do like the red interiors of the R-Limited, but apart from that there's nothing out of the ordinary about the car really, there are other cars that have the BBS alloys and the Bilstiens are hard (I know, cos mine used to have them).

Personally I think that might be on the high side and could come down a little bit, I know of recent RS sales, with the really sought after Recaro seats, that went for that.

However, it looks a nice car.
