Thinking of buying some, just wondered is it a big job to fit them and any tips and advice as i'm not really that mechanically minded. Buying them because it apparently a freelander edition mx5.

Thanks,

Ross

Just did this to mine. Used a method found on the web that enables you to do it without needing to break all the ball joints, although this is less critical as you are going to have to have the suspension set up properly anyway after lowering it. It is essentially about 6 bolts per corner. The rear top tower nuts are hard to get to, invest in some decent 6-sided long sockets rather than multi-sided. You'll also need a pair of spring compressors - be careful with these as one wrong move and you could easily have your bks / head removed.

I had a mate to help me - we did the right rear in 2 hours, then another hour each for the other 3 corners.

Do have it set up properly, though - the difference is amazing.
