The PH massive!

I have had my car up for sale (see censored) and I have not had one sniff of interest. It was for sale before, had a couple of people mess me around so got put off for a while, but I really need to get a car to carry my tri road bike!

Either hiring cars, borrowing them (never nice as only 3rd party!) or persuading the GF that she wants to leave the house at 530am on a Sunday to watch me race in the rain is good fun is becoming a little tiresome.

So - the question(s) I pose to you are do you have any advice, comments on price (please, nothing about I'll give you a tenner for it!) etc.. The money spent on Autotrader was a total waste of time!

Thanks in advance...

Your not willing to let it go for about £2500 are you...! banghead If only I could find a Mk1 owner with a similar good taste in Hot hatches.

As for the advert, it just doesnt stand out. Its a buyers market, so you gotta put lots of detail in and make your car look its best. Get some nicer photos, and mroe detail in them.

And at the end of they day, if it doesnt sell, your asking too much...

Both half the miles, year younger, cheaper. I'd say you're a grand over the money I'm afraid.

I was looking at a 52 plate Arizona with 31k at a dealers advertised for £6,995, so I'd guess yours is a little on the high side, price wise.

I know yours has 6 speed and an LSD but most people will just be searching on price.

Some Arizonas have LSD and Sport brakes so they are by no means a basic edition.

Ah sorry I was looking primarily at 1.6's which don't have those features do they.

Matt: If I could get insure on a 1.8 I'd probably be coming to look at yours, but I can't frown.
