Wheel alignment and honeycomb grille?
Discussion
I just got back from Wheels-inmotion in Chesham after getting the alignment done, what a difference! The steering feels more positive and I feel more confident about going into corners. It was also good that I was able to watch what was being adjusted, why and the effects on the cars handling. Sorry I can't remember who it was that recommended them to me,but thankyou anyway!!
The other thing is does anyone know where I can get a honeycomb front grille from for a 2.5? I've got a MX5 parts catalogue but the ones in there are ok but I really want honeycomb-would fitting one affect the airflow too much????

with regards to the grill:
is this not what you want?

i have one for my car and it is quite good. i couldnt undo the fixing screws (very very seized) so mine is just held with cable ties but that doesnt really matter much.

by honeycomb do you mean like the wiremesh type grills? these are fine, but those pressed metal ones (the sheet of metal with holes punched in it) for me restricted airflow too badly at motorway speeds.
you may be right, but i havent noticed any difference at all in how my car runs with or without my grill. even in hot weather it still runs at exactly the same temperature it always did no matter how i am driving it.maybe if your cooling system is a bit poorly then it might be more important but if everything is good then there seems to be no problem at all.
