What do I need to do about this? Is this the dreaded rotting wheel-arch/sill?
Basically the rear arch paint is bubbling up severely where it meets the door sill. It's actually beginning to move up the door frame! Annoying because the other side is fine.
What can be done and how much of my green stuff will I lose?
