Has anyone used Toyo 888's on track, and if so, what pressures did you run???

I haven't used them myself but I'm pretty sure they should be run at the standard 26psi. There is no need to increase the pressures on track as the sidewalls are much stronger to cope with the increased cornering forces - in fact you might have to take some air out after the first session to keep the pressure from creeping up.

yeah a few peeps run 888's on track - as lazza says, think most run stock (26) or even take a little out, 24 or so (cold) due to them heating up and the stiff sidewalls anyway

I run them at 30-32psi for sprints and that seems to work. Best way to determine correct pressure is to measure temperature across the tyre using a pyrometer and adjust until the temperatures are within 10 degrees of each other.

I just faff about until I go faster!
