A very good driver in a very fast & very well sorted MX-5 chasing a poor driver in an Elise. The consequences of over-driving a rear wheel drive, mid-engined car can be pretty serious.

After sticking bigger wheels on it to deal with the torque/wheelspin I don't see why not. Original block is actually v heavy. A change to a 5.0 Ford V8 does change the weight distribution but a Chevy LSx doesn't appreciably according to these guys.
