Why bother you ask? Well I have my reasons! I already have a nice rhd Mk1 but I'm being tempted by a fairly special left hooker and although lhd is no big problem, I was just idly wondering how easy it might be to pull the dash, steering, pedals etc out and replace them with rhd equivalents, it's not like the parts would be mega expensive to source used.

What haven't I thought about that renders the operation redundant?

Answers on a postcard please!

I think Dandy cars offers this as a service for quite a lot of money.

I would be buggered if I would try it myself though..

Hi, i'm still in the process of stripping mine to replace the carpet and sort all problems out, gettin the dash out ain't easy but can be done by anyone as i'm not that handy. good luck.
