just had this email from MSV about a MX5 trackday at Brands Hatch on April 1st

Dear MX5 owner,

We are organising a track evening on Tuesday 1st April for Mazda's
famous little roadster on the Brands Hatch Indy circuit. This is an
ideal opportunity to see what your car can really do or a real race
circuit, in a safe and controlled environment with fellow MX5 owners.

This event is for all levels of track driving experience so why not get
out on circuit with us on the first MSV track evening of the year.

Might be up for it but I've never done a track day before...

Might come down as an observer, not sure if I have the guts to take the car on track though! As a complete track novice would I be allowed on?

thought about it (especially now that i can't make cadwell later on in the year ) but don't think my car will be ready in time, plus i'd probably rather a full day over an evening
