Sill repair

How much should I allow to repair slightly rusty sills on the MX5? (Nothing major, but preventative maintenance). I have found a couple of cars for sale with very slight bubbling on the sills and would like to know how much approx should I try to haggle off the price based on this alone?

i took mine to get the sills done where they have gone through just in front of the rear wheels. £40 a side at a local welders, but i wasn't too worried about getting a perfect job, i just wanted to get it through MOT. that said, it wasn't bad

I've agreed to allow about £250 for the sill repair deducted from the asking price of the car. Taking a slight gamble as it could be more (or less) but the rest of the car is very nice!
