Hello all,
My girlfriend picked up her 2004 1.8i MX-5 yesterday, in gorgeous Radiant Ebony.
We went for a blast last night and the only thing she'd like to change is the exhaust note.
I've been looking this morning to surprise her with a new exhaust but don't really know where to start.
Any help you guys and girls can give would be great, ie. what systems you folks are running?
Many thanks,
Martin

One of these:- Goodwin Roadstersport. Top quality exhaust with a reasonable power gain if you get the midpipe/intake aswell.

I had the Larini on order...until I had to cancel it due to the purchase of my flat instead frown.

The other one I considered was the Racing Beat Duals, see Performance5 for details.

Thanks for your replies folks.

Have you an idea how long I will have to wait for the Larini system (given that they are bespoke built)?

Cheers

The twin exit from MX5 parts is a bit of a beast - coupled with a decat pipe and induction kit hehe

I got one on my old MX5 and waited just over 5 days. Can't recommend them enough, very helpful, speedy delvery, not too expensive and good noise too.
