Under the car earlier....Is this bent?

Well I got under the car earlier to check out the brake pads, grease up the anti-roll bar bushes and try and stop the heat sheild rattle.

Which is when I noticed this:


Now you see that nice piece of braceing that curves.

Well on the other side that piece looks like this.


Considering it's had a few...err...bumps I'm wondering if that should be bent, or if it's damage.

Anybody know?

Its fine , mines bent like that because of the cover for the fuel filter .
