Just realised that the NSF caliper is binding when cold but free s up after some braking .
Have jacked up the car and 2 be honest every bloody wheel feels fairly stiff too turn by hand esp compared 2 my Ford Focus which seem too turn just using my little finger!!
Could i really have 4 knackered Calipers ?!
I Know that they are trouble on these cars.
Cheers

They may need rebuilding , i thought my brakes were good untill i rebuilt them now it stops on its nose !

If you cant be arsed got to a motor factors and get reconditioned calipers they are around £50 a corner so a lot cheaper than buying new and less messy then rebuilding your own !

hi all
i have just bought recon rear calipers for my uk spec mx5 from an american website. the problem is they didnt come with the bolts that hold on the brake line hoses and the handbrake hinge bolts. i cannot use the bolts off the old calipers because the thread pattern is different on the new u.s.a. spec calipers. can anyone tell me where i might get these?
thanks

Only thing you can do is try a motor factors or a garage and see if they can help
