Surely the point of modifying a car it to make it to your own taste? The colour is part of that. What I always find mystifying is why people spend so much time and money making their car as they want it, and then sell them!

I think it's all right. Of course it would look MUCH better in a dark metallic blue or red or even that 2-tone purple/blue they always seem to use on those things.
I don't really like kitted-up cars like that myself but it looks like they've done a good job on it.
