Was trawling through ebay and came to this lump, 2.5 twin turbo v6 as fitted to certain Nobles. And it got me wondering if it would fit into my little mx-5...... 320bhp.......260195148188

The Dutch Westfield representative, Mega Cars, developed a Duratec V6-powered Westie (available in kit for just like the rest). I must say I instinctively thought of the Noble lump when I heard that... evil

Would that not be made for front-engine/fwd or rear engine/rwd?
I guess it could be made to fit if you dumped the gearbox.

If you can fit one in a Westie (i.e. there is a bellhousing to fit a transmission to it in a longitudinal application) I don't see this being a problem. If you're going to fit one in an MX-5, there'll no doubt be plenty of other tings to keep you occupied, mind... winksmile
