Hello People, Due to the fact that i've just bought a Porsche 996 GT3 RS, I'm going to be selling My mk1 MX5 / Eunos complete with Hardtop plus a shed load of tasty bits from Japan, Wheels, Body parts, Exhaust (been paid for awaiting imminent delivery) also I have brand spanking new Tein mono flex suspension with pillowball top mounts still in the box, Carbing Front and Rear strut Braces if your interested in any of this stuff give me a call on 07894352909 and i'll fill you in with the details

Anyhow, as others have said the PH classifieds might be a good place to stock your (car) bits.
To be frank fellas I dont need to brag about what car I got! I obviously wasn't thinking when I posted the topic that some Jealous a55hole5 (you know who you are) would take it as horn blowing but I guess I was wrong it was only intended as a reason for why I would be selling brand new parts that cost me top dollar and a lot of grief importing from Japan cheaper than it cost me but I guess thats what you get for trying to do someone a favor

The replies on Nutz are correct but a bit harsh imo. I forgot about the 25 post rule. Sorry.
It's a shame they have to have rules like that but a while ago they had a spate of people just using the site to sell crap (and I do mean crap) pretending to be enthusiasts when they were only really interested in making a few quid. The stuff you have for sale looks interesting though so it's a shame you can't sell on there. OC forum is worse - you have to be a member! Fair enough really I suppose but it does stop people like you offering goods members really would be interested in.
I would have been very interested in the Tein Flex a couple of months ago but at the moment I'm waiting for delivery of a set of P5 Puredrive suspension to replace the KYB AGX/FM combo I have at the moment.

Thats a shame...I've never heard of Puredrive, is it as good as the Tein Monoflex suspension? I know the Tein cost me £1270 including the VAT, not that makes it good but I'll let it go for £850 
.....now if thats not doing someone a favor then I don't know what is anyhows that seems all immaterial now....by the way Steve at P5 put me 6 speed box in my mkI, but my mates just bought that off me, so cars back to standard 5 spd now, cars up for grabs as well. I will be putting that up in the classifieds and if anyone comes to view it I'll hide my other cars away just in case anyone gets the wrong idea and thinks that I'm not really selling but just showcasing my car (I must apologise for the Sarcasm) anyhow I'll be signing off now cos I'm sure there's some work to be done

Phil at Performance 5 has been working on a new suspension set-up (well in truth he's had some suspension experts working on it on his behalf) for some time now and he's finally got them to the point where he can market them. They are set up exactly the way I want them - more ride height, more supple ride yet more responsive and giving more grip than my current set-up......now if thats not doing someone a favor then I don't know what is anyhows that seems all immaterial now....by the way Steve at P5 put me 6 speed box in my mkI, but my mates just bought that off me, so cars back to standard 5 spd now, cars up for grabs as well. I'm not sure if they are better or worse than the Tein but they are spot on for me and are only around £500 for the set!
