Creaky back wheel

Hello i having an issue with my new 5 that more annoying than anything. When driving at low speeds i.e crawling in traffic every rotation of the rear passenger wheel i get a creak

I have checked to see if the nuts are loose but they are all good.

Have you guys got any ideas what this could be . . sorry for the vague explanation
