Price-drop over winter?

Reeto, last spring I was part of the large number of PH'ers seriously looking at an MX5. It never came off, I got a regular (fantastic) car instead.

I test drove loads, did tonnes of research, and was very close to buying a couple. But during the first 6 or 7 months I watched prices of the decent cars seemingly creep up and out of my price band.


Now were fully into Autumn, I'm just wondering how much more I could get for my money (say 2.5K) now...

I'm getting that itch again, V-spec 1.8 early Eunos, with/hardtop, bullet mirrors, centre exit exhaust, yellow mini-lites and big white vinyl number roundels, yes please!

They don't really drop... but they take longer to sell so the owners are more willing to take a kick on the price.

LOADS of cheap ones on Ebay...

£2500 should get you a good one.
