Having just had fitted new Disks and Pads, Filters, Cam Cover Gasket, Thermostat and Thermometer from MX5 Parts to the old girl last week, I was amazed at the email special I got through today from them offering the same disks and pads for a special price of £59 saving £36 pounds over what I had paid.
I sent them a cheeky reply explaining that the email was about 2 weeks to late! I was staggered with the return email saying them would credit my card for £36 pounds.
Who says customer service is dead, very impressed.

Yep they have always been good for me. I've ordered Disks,pads,bits of rubber,washer bottles, other random stuff from them in the past. Stuff they send actually turns up next day! I might have to try out their customer service as I think I ordered the wrong washer bottle.....or they dont stock the one I wanted....eitherway it's good to hear they respond well.
