i keep seeing a silver mx-5 driven by a woman who is obviously scared to drive as she goes 30mph in a 60mph zpeed limit, and i saw her yesterday going 40mph on the motorway. is that anyone here?

its 03 plate mx-5, and i am getting hacked off as i seem to be having to overtake her everyday
