...does anyone have issues with stone dents/dinks on their MX5?

On the nearside in particular I noticed today it looks like someone has gone down the side with a machine gun, so i'm getting them all sorted.

I often have a look down the profile of other MX5's I see, but hardly any seem to have as many as me...

MX-5 doors & rear wings seem to attract shopping trolleys are other car doors.
Have you even noticed how when you visit the supermarket and you park way up at the back away from everyone else, when you come back it has a people-carrier complete with 5 child-seats either side leaving barely enough space to get into your car.
My old car, a Mk1 Berkeley was covered in marks all down both sides.

So far my current car seems to have avoided being touched as there isn't a single mark. I don't know if that's because Mk2's are a bit more resistant to bumps or because it's bright red???

I've got a turkey dent in mine.

When my Mum had the car before me, she put a large frozen turkey in the boot. Seems some cornering (highly possible it was slightly enthusiastic) made the turkey think it had a chance of escape, but it knocked itself out on the inside of the right rear wing - now there is a small protruding dent on the outside!
