Tow bar on an MX-5

Can you gte one fitted normally? Might be handy for a bike rack....

Moss Europe used to sell a tow bar fitment... but they seem to have stopped selling MX5 parts

I did ask the guy's mate and he replied that the guy was a mechanic and made it himself. However it is the second one I've seen the first being on a Mark 1. We are intending to go over on Saturday again so will ask for details if He is there.
