I noticed there is 90hp model MX5.
how can I tell it's 90hp model?
what the differnces between higher power and 90hp model? ecu? cam? or entirely different engine?
if not. can 90hp model "upgraded" to 115hp or so by ecu upgrade or something else?

How hard is the suspesions? is it anything like 205 gti / mini ? (i like my car ride hard)

also is there model with high output without power steering? if it exist.

Up to 93 all MX-5s were 1.6 114bhp.
In 93 it was replaced with the 1.8 130bhp.
In 94 a 1.6 was reintroduced with an 88bhp engine to give buyers a low insurance option.
The 88bhp 1.6 was only sold in UK. Jap cars continued with the 114bhp engine.

While there are a few things you can do to improve the output of the 88bhp engine (fit 114bhp head, manifold, injectors, ecu) it can't be converted to a 114bhp engine. They are different engines.

The 90 BHP car was originally done for a number of Far East countries that have strict limits on engine power/size. It was shipped over to the UK because when the normal enginer changed from 1.6 to 1.8, the insurance group went up making it hard to find cover if you were now under 21.
