Fast wipe not working on '04 NB 1.8

Hello all, the fast wipe setting doesn't work on my Arctic 1.8, other settings are fine. Any thoughts on this gratefully received!

Sounds like a faulty wiper control to me. Poor/worn contact in it? Loose wire?

Thanks for the reply. Would that disable only the fast setting?

Possibly. I'd imagine there are separate contacts and wires for each setting.
