NC Clutch - Standard or Stage 2/3?
Discussion
Hey guys
So I acquired a 07 NC MX5 sport 2.0 155,000 mile FSH 1 owner car via the auctions a few months ago and been enjoying the heck out of it, certainly too much as I need a replacement clutch as its began to slip horrifically seemingly out of nowhere
I'm just asking for a bit of advice really as to how strong a standard clutch is going to be/last for - I use my car very hard and have plans for track days and so on, I'm not sure if its worth considering spending an extra £100 or so to get a stage 2/3 clutch and be "done" with it instead of the standard item.

300ft/lb is absolute over kill but its the longevity I'm after. Not bothered by clutch pedal "feel" almost at all, its a "toy"/fun car and doesn't seem much commuting miles.
Any thoughts?
Thanks.
