NB Chassis Leg Repair

Just about to get the MX5 ready for the summer and realised that there's a big ol' blister down the inner O/S chassis leg (mk2.5). Could anyone advise what it should cost me to get this sorted and if there's anyone in the south east that comes well recommended?

I'm looking for an MX5 this summer but have almost given up on the idea, I can't see how I'll find a non rusty one! The real gems of examples are £4k + which then puts them into Z4 3.0 territory...
